Noticed na madalas parang may pressure sa lalamunan mo kapag humihinga ka especially kapag stressed?

Try ‘releasing’ that pressure. Relax as you exhale. Whatever thought you have while exhaling will most likely come true.

I noticed this. Whenever I have some thoughts, it wont come true as long as there’s pressure. Tried relaxing before sending out that thought. Since that day na napansin ko yun till now, it never missed yet.

I dont know of it will work for others but it certainly works for me.
